Cape-Golden Organizes Staff Welfare and Theme Training


In order to improve the working level of staff, strengthen the construction of the company’s management team, and enhance the professional quality and business skills of personnel, our company organized staff training courses in the conference room on August 14-15, 15 staff participated in the training this time.

 

This course mainly focuses on the professional knowledge of company culture and equipment, including equipment working principle, working process, the advantage and scope of application. The process flow chart of all kinds of equipment was explained in detail, which made the staff have a more unique and further cognition on the company’s equipment.   

 

After the training, the company leaders affirmed the overall situation of our company’s staff construction, pointed out our next work arrangement, and hoped that we would make persistent efforts to improve and continue to work hard.

 

Through this training, the staff who participated in this course said that they benefited a lot from it, and on this basis, they got further familiar with the company’s corporate culture and the professional knowledge, which also laid a good foundation for the future work.
